GUIDELINES FOR GRANT APPLICATION TO
COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF NORTH TEXAS

Community Foundation of North Texas accepts grant
requests from nonprofit organizations for programs in the North Texas
area.
Priority categories for funding include:

Human Services
-
Community Programs and Service
-
Education
-
Health
-
Arts and Cultural Affairs
The following should be used to prepare a discretionary grant application. Applications
should be brief but complete enough to explain the project. When an application
is received, it will be reviewed for thoroughness and receipt acknowledged.
Community Foundation may request a meeting with the proposer to discuss the
application.

DISCRETIONARY GRANT APPLICATION OUTLINE
